Welcome to Community Farm Collaborative. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site:

  • To engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • To infringe upon the rights of others.

  • To interfere with the operation of the site or attempt unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services if you violate these terms.

Services Offered

We provide:

  • Farm and garden consulting services, including in-home visits and installations.

  • Sales of farm produce and goods, which may vary by season and availability.

  • Reservations for community farm dinners and events, which may involve collaboration with chefs and local wineries.

All offerings are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Online Orders and Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors (e.g., Square, Zelle).

  • We do not store credit card information.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order or booking an event.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Farm dinners and events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a rescheduled event, if available. All dinners and events are non-fundable. 

  • Consulting services: Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Farm products: Due to the perishable nature of produce, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Customer Accounts

You may create an account for easier checkout and service management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Email Communications

By signing up for our email list or booking services, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, images, text, and designs—is the property of Community Farm Collaborative unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Community Farm Collaborative is not liable for:

  • Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in farm activities or dinners.

  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in website availability.

  • Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processor).

Participation in farm events or on-site consulting is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
